Our TPO gives you the option of a reliable, cost-effective roofing solution.
We reinforce our membranes with a polyester fabric and manufacture them using an ultraviolet-resistant thermoplastic polyolefin formulation.
We developed our TPO formulation to allow for extreme pliability, flexibility and weldability during the installation.

JM 3oz Polyester Slipsheet
Use: JM 3 oz Polyester Slipsheet is intended for use as a separation layer between an existing roof system and a new single ply recover system.
Material: 3.0 oz/yd2 (102 g/m2 ) needle-punched, non UV-resistant polyester fabric.
Color: White
JM Polyester Mat Protection Slipsheet
Use: JM Polyester Mat Protection Slipsheet is intended for use as a separation layer between extruded polystyrene insulation and roofing membrane in protected membrane (inverted) roof assemblies, as well as a separating sheet in some recover systems. It is also used as a protective layer between pavers and JM single ply membrane.
Material: 9.0 oz/yd2 (305.15 g/m2 ) needle-punched, UV-resistant polyester fabric.

JM Single Ply Safety Strip
Use: Provides a visual and physical safety warning on roof top areas of caution and potential hazards including designation of the roof perimeter.
Material: 55 mil (1.40 mm) total thickness, comprised of 30 mil (0.76 mm) yellow non-reinforced TPO membrane laminated to 25 mil (0.64 mm) white cured seaming tape.
Colors: Yellow
JM TPO Coated Metal
Use: Fabricated by the contractor into metal flashings and edge details. It is used to provide monolithic watertight protection for both adhered and mechanically fastened TPO roofing systems.
Materials: Non-reinforced JM TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane laminated to galvanized steel.
Colors: Grey, White, Tan
JM TPO Cover Tape
Use: To strip in metal flanges on JM TPO Membrane systems or as directed by JM technical services.
Materials: 30 mil (0.76 mm) thick, non-reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin membrane with a 30 mil (0.76 mm) thick, factoryapplied peel and stick adhesive tape.
Colors: White; Grey; and Tan
JM TPO Curb Flashing
Use: On curbs and parapet walls. This product eliminates the need for field cutting and edge sealant.
Materials: 60 mil (1.5 mm) thick, reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane, with an encapsulated edge.
Color: White; Grey; and Tan
JM TPO Detail Membrane
Use: To easily form flashings around corners and penetrations. Specifically designed for use in areas that cannot be properly detailed with TPO field membrane.
Material: Flexible, non-reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin).
Colors: White; Grey; and Tan
JM TPO Peel and Stick 10 Inch Reinforced Perimeter Strips (RPS)
Use: In lieu of half sheets to secure the roof membrane attachment beneath TPO or EPDM membrane and as additional membrane securement as specified in Johns Manville specifications and details.
Materials: 45 mil (1.14 mm) thick reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane with 30 mil (0.76 mm) thick, factory-applied peel and stick adhesive tape.

JM TPO Peel and Stick 6 Inch Reinforced Termination Strip (RTS)
Use: To secure the field membrane at any angle change greater than 2 in/ft (167 mm/m). JM TPO 6" RTS can be used in lieu of fastening through the field membrane with screws and plates at angle changes.
Materials: 45 mil (1.14 mm) thick reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane with 30 mil (0.76 mm) thick, factory-applied peel and stick adhesive tape.

JM TPO Penetration Pocket
Use: Used to seal uneven penetrations through the membrane that are difficult to flash. The penetration pan is comprised of two pieces that allow for positioning around objects to be flashed. A welding tab is included to seal the penetration pan once positioned.
Material: Two-piece molded TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) pocket with a rigid vertical wall and preformed flange.
Color: White
JM TPO Pipe Boots
Use: A smooth, cone-shaped boot, for traditional or split-pipe flashing applications to securely seal the penetration. Pipe boots eliminate the need for field fabrication.
Material: Flexible, smooth, non-reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) cone-shaped boot with preformed flange.
Colors: White; Grey; and Tan
JM TPO Pipe Boots (Peel and Stick)
Use: A smooth cone-shaped boot, for traditional or split-pipe flashing applications to securely seal the penetration. Pipe boots eliminate the need for field fabrication.
Materials: Smooth, one-piece, molded TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) cone-shaped boot with a preformed flange equipped with factory applied pressure sensitive tape.

JM TPO Reinforced Cover Strip
Use: Primarily used to "strip in" flashing details, gravel stops, TPO coated metal joints, and exposed fasteners in the roof field.
Material: Flexible, 60 mil (1.52 mm) thick, reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin).
Color: White; Grey; and Tan
JM TPO Round Split Pipe Boot
Use: A prefabricated, reinforced 60 mil JM TPO, roundshaped 1" to 6" (2.54 cm to 15.24 cm) split-pipe boot for flashing application. Pipe boots minimize the need for field fabrication. Custom sizes and colors are available upon request. Contact your JM representative for minimum order quantity and lead time.
Material: JM TPO 60 mil reinforced membrane, with one of the widest weld windows, is factory fabricated into a onepiece round split-pipe boot.

JM TPO Safety Walkpad
Use: Provides a safe, stable and maintenance-free walkwayfor quick and easy access to rooftop equipment inhigh traffic areas. The safety yellow color serves to provide a highly visible warning to areas of caution or hazards on the rooftop.
Material: 150 mil (3.81 mm) thick, textured non-reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin).
Color: Yellow
JM TPO T-Joint Patch
Use: To seal seam laps where perimeter and/or header sheets intersect (T-joint) in TPO systems.
Material: Flexible, non-reinforced TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin).

Use: Designed in a waffle pattern for easy installation around any inside and outside corner.
