GlasBase Plus
GlasBase Plus is intended to be used as a base sheet in built up roofing or as a base or intermediate ply in modified bitumen systems. This base sheet is flexible and uses a fiber glass reinforcement that gives it excellent stability.
GlasKap
GlasKap is used as a cap sheet in a variety of built up roofing systems.
GlasKap CR G
GlasKap CR G is intended to be used as a cap or flashing sheet in built up roofing systems. The highly reflective granules meet Title 24. Our GlasKap CR G membrane has excellent workability, relaxing quickly and laying flatter than a factory-coated sheet, allowing it to be applied quickly.
GlasKap Plus
GlasKap Plus is used as a cap sheet in a variety of built up roofing systems. It's SBS synthetic rubber and high quality asphalt blend allows the membrane to lay flat virtually eliminating wrinkles which allows for faster installation and provides better elongation and cold flexibility properties. It's fiber glass-reinforced mat gives it excellent dimensional stability and resistance to rot making it an ideal replacement for organic cap sheets.
GlasPly IV
GlasPly IV is intended for use as an interply in any built up roofing or modified bitumen roofing system. It has excellent porosity making it easy to handle and lay lines that allow the roofer to install the felt with the proper exposure and provide the correct number of plies. It's surfacing has a liquid parting agent that eliminates sticking when the felt is unrolled.
GlasPly Premier
GlasPly IV is intended for use as an interply in any built up roofing or modified bitumen roofing system.
GlasTite Flexible
GlasTite Flexible is intended to be used as a base sheet, ply sheet, or flashing membrane in built up roofing systems. It's composite reinforcement mat provides flexibility making it easy to install. The lay lines assist when installing multiple plies.
PermaPly 28
PermaPly 28 is designed for use as the first or base sheet in built up roofing or modified bitumen roof assemblies.
Ventsulation
Ventsulation® Felt may be used as a base sheet for any built up roofing or modified bitumen roofing system to be installed over a substrate that potentially contains moisture.

JM ENRGY Anchor
ENRGY® Anchor is a lightweight, roof-top integrated, photovoltaic (PV)-mounting solution consisting of a Galvalume®*-coated steel plate welded to a stainless steel stud, with a JM membrane flashing target. Each assembly includes a leveling washer and membrane separator.
JM Termination Systems
JM Termination Systems include termination bars, anchor discs and masonry nail-in anchor and are used for membrane fastening systems.
Lightweight Concrete (LWC) Fasteners

The Structural Concrete Deck Fastener is a diamond point, non-threaded carbon steel insulation and membrane fastener.
UltraFast AccuTrac Fastener and Plate System
The UltraFast® AccuTrac™ Fastener and Plate System utilizes the standard UltraFast® Fastener and the UltraFast® Accutrac™, recessed or flat bottomed, square plate. The AccuTrac™ tool positions the plate and installs fasteners 15⁄8" - 6" (4.13 cm - 15.24 cm) in a one-step process. Consistent vertical alignment of fasteners ensures maximum thread engagement and pullout performance.
UltraFast Fasteners and Plates
UltraFast® Fasteners and Plates are used to fasten insulation in both multi-ply and single ply systems. The UltraFast® Fastener is a #12, case-hardened steel, polymer-coated fastener with a buttress thread design that provides maximum pullout values and minimizes fastener backout. The UltraFast® Plates are either round, high strength polypropylene plates with a special locking feature or round or square, premium Galvalume®*-coated steel metal plates.
UltraLok Locking Impact Fastener and Plate
UltraLok™ Locking Impact Fasteners and Plates consist of a preassembled Galvanized steel tube, a 2.7" (6.86 cm) Galvalume®*-coated steel disc, and a precision-formed, coated- steel, high tensile, wirelocking staple. The disc is securely clamped to the tube and is rib-reinforced to resist cupping.

1-Part PermaFlash
1-Part PermaFlash is a unique, one-component, elastomeric, liquid applied flashing material, consisting of an asphalt/polyurethane resin. It is formulated for use with Johns Manville (JM) PermaFlash Scrim and bituminous membrane products.
JM PMMA All Purpose Primer
JM PMMA Primer All-Purpose promotes adhesion and reduces staining on applications that contain residual or existing asphalt systems.
JM PMMA Catalyst
For use with JM BUR and SBS membrane products. JM PMMA Catalyst is a reactive agent used to initiate curing of JM PMMA liquid resins and primer.
JM PMMA Cleaner
JM PMMA Cleaner is used to clean and reactivate the transition area between existing, cured in-place JM PMMA membranes and primers and new tie-ins, repairs and staged coats of resin. This product may also be used as solvent for cleaning metal and plastic surfaces prior to resin application as well as tools and equipment used with the application of the JM PMMA system.
JM PMMA Detailer
Combined with JM PMMA Catalyst to form a rapid-curing, flexible polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) resin containing chopped fiber reinforcement.
JM PMMA Field Resin
JM PMMA Field Resin is part of a two-component, fast-curing, polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) system for roofing and waterproofing application. It is combined with JM PMMA Catalyst and JM PMMA Scrim to form a monolithic reinforced membrane.
JM PMMA Flashing Resin
Use JM PMMA Flashing Resin with JM PMMA Catalyst and JM PMMA Scrim to form a monolithic, self-reinforced flashing membrane for penetrations and a variety of other details.

Presto-Tite Fascia System (Bituminous Systems)

Presto-Weld Drip Edge
Presto-Weld drip edge is a factory-fabricated coated metal edge system used to terminate at the perimeter of a PVC or TPO membrane. This edge comes with a factory applied, 8" wide PVC flashing strip or 6" wide TPO flashing strip of Johns Manville membrane to help save labor installation costs in the field. Presto-Weld is an economical solution for many conditions such as continuous edge drainage with or without a gutter condition.

JM ENRGY Anchor
ENRGY® Anchor is a lightweight, roof-top integrated, photovoltaic (PV)-mounting solution consisting of a Galvalume®*-coated steel plate welded to a stainless steel stud, with a JM membrane flashing target. Each assembly includes a leveling washer and membrane separator.
JM Termination Systems
JM Termination Systems include termination bars, anchor discs and masonry nail-in anchor and are used for membrane fastening systems.
Lightweight Concrete (LWC) Fasteners
Lightweight Concrete (LWC) Base Sheet Fasteners are expanding base sheet fasteners with GALVALUME®-coated steel plates used in multi-ply systems.
Lite-Deck Fasteners and Plates
Lite-Deck Fasteners are available in lengths from 25 /8” to 12" (67 mm to 305 mm), come with a square drive and offer coarse thread to provide high pullout resistance.
Polymer Auger Fasteners
Polymer Auger Fasteners are glass-reinforced nylon fasteners with an internal ¼" (6 mm) square drive. Polymer Auger Fasteners have a 1" (2.5 cm) diameter head.
Structural Concrete Deck Fasteners and Plates
The Structural Concrete Deck Fastener is a diamond point, non-threaded carbon steel insulation and membrane fastener.
UltraFast AccuTrac Fastener and Plate System
The UltraFast® AccuTrac™ Fastener and Plate System utilizes the standard UltraFast® Fastener and the UltraFast® Accutrac™, recessed or flat bottomed, square plate. The AccuTrac™ tool positions the plate and installs fasteners 15⁄8" - 6" (4.13 cm - 15.24 cm) in a one-step process. Consistent vertical alignment of fasteners ensures maximum thread engagement and pullout performance.
UltraFast Fasteners and Plates
UltraFast® Fasteners and Plates are used to fasten insulation in both multi-ply and single ply systems. The UltraFast® Fastener is a #12, case-hardened steel, polymer-coated fastener with a buttress thread design that provides maximum pullout values and minimizes fastener backout. The UltraFast® Plates are either round, high strength polypropylene plates with a special locking feature or round or square, premium Galvalume®*-coated steel metal plates.
UltraLok Locking Impact Fastener and Plate
UltraLok™ Locking Impact Fasteners and Plates consist of a preassembled Galvanized steel tube, a 2.7" (6.86 cm) Galvalume®*-coated steel disc, and a precision-formed, coated- steel, high tensile, wirelocking staple. The disc is securely clamped to the tube and is rib-reinforced to resist cupping.

Liquid Applied

1-Part PermaFlash
1-Part PermaFlash is a unique, one-component, elastomeric, liquid applied flashing material, consisting of an asphalt/polyurethane resin. It is formulated for use with Johns Manville (JM) PermaFlash Scrim and bituminous membrane products.
JM PMMA All Purpose Primer
JM PMMA Primer All-Purpose promotes adhesion and reduces staining on applications that contain residual or existing asphalt systems.
JM PMMA Catalyst
For use with JM BUR and SBS membrane products. JM PMMA Catalyst is a reactive agent used to initiate curing of JM PMMA liquid resins and primer.
JM PMMA Cleaner
JM PMMA Cleaner is used to clean and reactivate the transition area between existing, cured in-place JM PMMA membranes and primers and new tie-ins, repairs and staged coats of resin. This product may also be used as solvent for cleaning metal and plastic surfaces prior to resin application as well as tools and equipment used with the application of the JM PMMA system.
JM PMMA Detailer
Combined with JM PMMA Catalyst to form a rapid-curing, flexible polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) resin containing chopped fiber reinforcement.
JM PMMA Field Resin
JM PMMA Field Resin is part of a two-component, fast-curing, polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) system for roofing and waterproofing application. It is combined with JM PMMA Catalyst and JM PMMA Scrim to form a monolithic reinforced membrane.
JM PMMA Flashing Resin
Use JM PMMA Flashing Resin with JM PMMA Catalyst and JM PMMA Scrim to form a monolithic, self-reinforced flashing membrane for penetrations and a variety of other details.
JM PMMA Metal Primer Base and Activator
The JM PMMA Metal Primer Base and Activator products serve as a primer for a JM PMMA system.
JM PMMA Repair Paste
For use with JM PMMA Catalyst to form a rapid-curing, flexible resin.
JM PMMA Scrim
JM PMMA Scrim is used in JM PMMA liquid-applied, reinforced membrane systems to improve tear strength, puncture resistance, and crack bridging apabilities. It is a non-woven, chopped strand fabric reinforcement.
JM PMMA THIXO
JM PMMA THIXO is used with JM PMMA resin systems as a thixotropic additive. It may be mixed with JM PMMA Resin or JM PMMA Top Coats.
JM PMMA Textured Top Coat
Use JM PMMA Textured Top Coat with JM PMMA Color Pack and JM PMMA Catalyst to form a flexible resin with pre-mixed aggregate.
JM PMMA Top Coat
For use with JM PMMA membrane systems in high traffic areas such as balconies or walkways. JM PMMA Textured Top Coat is combined with JM PMMA Color Pack and JM PMMA Catalyst to form a flexible resin with pre-mixed aggregate.
JM PMMA Top Coat Color Pack

PermaFlash System
The PermaFlash System consists of PermaFlash Primer, MBR Flashing Cement, and PermaFlash Scrim. It is an integrated flashing system specifically formulated for use in bituminous systems.

Presto Lock Coping System
A cost-effective snap-on coping system designed for use with single ply, built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems. The system consists of galvanized steel anchor clips and aluminum or galvanized coping covers in a variety of thicknesses and colors.
Presto-Tite Fascia System (Bituminous Systems)
A high performance edge treatment for all modified bitumen and BUR roof projects. Nonpenetrating design allows for vertical face attachment without penetrating the horizontal flange, and eliminates the need to strip-in the deck flange, eliminating potential delamination between the asphalt and metal deck flange due to thermal expansion and contraction forces. Provides maximum protection against wind uplift damage.
Presto-Weld Drip Edge
Presto-Weld drip edge is a factory-fabricated coated metal edge system used to terminate at the perimeter of a PVC or TPO membrane. This edge comes with a factory applied, 8" wide PVC flashing strip or 6" wide TPO flashing strip of Johns Manville membrane to help save labor installation costs in the field. Presto-Weld is an economical solution for many conditions such as continuous edge drainage with or without a gutter condition.
U-Flow Screwdriver
The U-Flow Screwdriver is an extra long screwdriver to tighten the special recessed head screws on U-Flow compression seals.
