JM STARS (Striving to Assist, Respond and Serve) is an employee-led board that seeks out and identifies causes that align with employee passions to create volunteer engagement opportunities for employees, family and friends of JM. STARS provides volunteer support and financial assistance to JM’s non-profit partners through its activities, creating positive impacts in the local communities in which JM operates.

Our intern program is designed to provide hands-on engineering or business experience through challenging assignments focused on innovation and growth.

We take a holistic approach to our internships by assigning meaningful projects, educating interns on JM's history and values, and providing additional educational and volunteer opportunities.

All JM summer interns are given the opportunity to present their work to senior management within the company at our corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, at the end of the program.
