Our Game-Changer: Neomera® PA-6 Organosheets

So, what exactly has earned us this accolade? The game-changing innovation lies in our Neomera® PA-6 organosheets, which are incorporated into a thermoplastic composite sandwich panel. This material is then used to build revolutionary multi-piece hybrid cargo boxes. JM’s organosheets are produced using a proprietary technology based on a surface-activated glass fabric that forms a perfect bond with polymerized PA-6 (AP nylon). Agesia, a developer of high-performance manufacturing technology for
thermoplastic composite products and systems, takes these organosheets to manufacture sandwich panel floors with tremendously high load-bearing capacity and 50% weight saving over comparable standard metal constructions. Aerlyte, which combines composites expertise and proprietary IP to introduce new material systems that increase performance while reducing conversion costs, is using this thermoplastic sandwich material to design multi-piece hybrid cargo boxes for pickup trucks.
