Flexible Duct Insulation
Johns Manville flexible air duct insulation, made with JM Formaldehyde-free™ Flex-Glas® PC insulation, is designed and manufactured to meet the highest performance standards—starting with our own. JM revolutionized the insulation industry more than a decade ago by eliminating formaldehyde-based binders from our light-density fiber glass insulation. In addition, JM flexible duct insulation offers excellent thermal and acoustical performance, which provides improved comfort and energy efficiency for building occupants.

Flex-Glas PC
Designed for residential and commercial HVAC applications, Flex-Glas® PC Formaldehyde-free™ flexible duct insulation provides excellent acoustical and thermal performance versus metal ducts. The product is manufactured using our HERMax high-performance rotary fiberization process. Flex-Glas PC also has a lightweight, highly resilient, fiberglass core specifically designed for use in the manufacture of finished insulated flexible ducts. JM is proud to be an Associate Member of the Air Duct Council.
