Product Long Description: Johns Manville KFBI facing is manufactured using extensible kraft paper coated with a thermoplastic asphalt coating on one side. The asphalt coating is used to bond fiberglass insulation to the facing in a subsequent manufacturing process. As an added benefit, the facing’s uncoated side can be printed with the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s logo and can be manufactured with a folded tab to provide stapling flanges for installation or without a tab for friction fit applications.
