Insulation Facers
Glass Mat for Foam Facers - Europe

Evalith® as foam insulation facers are nonwoven webs composed of glass fibers oriented in a random pattern and bonded together. Those nonwovens have the distinction of dimensional stability and good wet resistance.

Glass Mat for Mineral Insulation Facers - Europe

Evalith® DH 35 is a nonwoven web composed of glass fibers oriented in a random pattern and bonded together. Evalith® DH have the distinction of dimensional stability and good wet resistance.
Evalith® DHY-C 35/1 is a nonwoven web composed of glass fibers oriented in a random pattern and bonded together. It is reinforced with glass filaments that are inserted in a defined distance in machine direction across the nonwoven width. It is a dyed yellow nonwoven and has the distinction of dimensional stability and good wet resistance.
Evalith® SHS 60/1 is a nonwoven web composed of glass fibers oriented in a random pattern and bonded together. It is dyed black and has the distinction of dimensional stability, good wet resistance, and electrical conductivity.
Evalith® SM 60/10 is a nonwoven web composed of glass fibers oriented in a random pattern and bonded together. It is dyed black, has the distinction of dimensional stability, electrical conductivity and excellent wet resistance which provides a good moisture resistance. Typical for this type is the non-combustibility class A2 according to DIN 4102.

Polyester Spunbond for Mineral Insulation Facers - Europe

Evalith® 078 is a continuous filament polyester nonwoven, manufactured using Spunbond technology. It is thermally-bonded with a point-embossed surface. It is well suited as a soft facer material for mineral insulation.
