Glass wet laid nonwovens produced in the Americas for bituminous roofing.

Evalith™ 72 and Evalith™ 75 series nonwoven webs are composed of glass fibers oriented in a random pattern and bonded together with a modified urea formaldehyde resinous binder in a wet laid process. The sized glass fibers in the 72 series mats provide excellent mat strength and flexibility.

Glass wet laid nonwovens produced in Europe for bituminous roofing.

Evalith® DH type are nonwoven webs composed of glass fibers oriented in a random pattern and bonded together. Evalith® DH types have the distinction of dimensional stability and good wet resistance.

Evalith® DH-C types are additionally reinforced with glass filaments that are inserted in a defined distance in machine direction across the nonwoven width.

Higher run lengths can be offered via JM's jumbo-roll capabilities.

Evalith® type 051  is a mechanically- and binder-bonded polyester spunbond in combination with a glass fiber nonwoven. Due to the glass nonwoven excellent dimensional stability and fire retardant properties will be reached.

As a carrier for bituminous membranes it is suited as sealing for flat roofs, bridges, foundations and tunnels.
