APB Plates are made of Galvalume®*-coated steel. The 2" (51 mm) round plate with barbs provides an even distribution of loads and eliminates sharp corners that can damage the insulation or membrane.

Fastener Compatibility

ENRGY™ Anchor is a lightweight, roof-top integrated, photovoltaic (PV)-mounting solution consisting of a Galvalume®*-coated steel plate welded to a stainless steel stud, with a JM membrane flashing target. Each assembly includes a leveling washer and membrane separator.

High Wind Rating: Unlike a ballasted system, ENRGY Anchor can be installed on most buildings in high wind zones without adding substantially more weight. The systems can be installed flat and nearly flush to further reduce wind load.

Lightweight: When paired with a racking system and PV modules, installed distributed loads are typically between 2.5 – 4.0 pounds per square foot.

Design Flexibility: The ENRGY Anchor is compatible with most rack-mounted solutions. Whether the PV-mounting solution calls for a ballasted or penetrating attachment, substituting the ENRGY Anchor provides a guarantee included and more roofing friendly solution that saves labor dollars.

Extra High Load Fasteners are #21 fasteners with a #3 Phillips head. The point is designed for quick installation in new and re-roof applications. Extra High Load Fasteners are only compatible with Extra High Load Plates.

The Extra High Load Plate is a 3" (7.62 cm) diameter, Galvalume®*-coated steel plate with eye hooks. The Extra High Load Plate incorporates an oversized diameter hole to accommodate the larger wire size of the Extra High Load Fastener.

The High Load AccuSeam System is a premier automated system for mechanically attached seams. The System positions the 23⁄8" (6.03 cm), round, High Load Plate with eye hooks, and installs the High Load Fastener, up to 6" (15.24 cm) in length in a one-step, continuous process. Standard High Load Plates are not compatible with the AccuSeam Fastener and Plate System.
