Diffuser Board
Johns Manville Diffuser Board is designed for use in the fabrication of HVAC systems, air diffusers and register boxes. The airstream surface features a black-colored surface, which provides a smooth interior surface that offers minimal resistance to air flow. JM diffuser board is available plain or with a tough fire-resistant FSK facing laminated to the exterior surface. JM diffuser board provides excellent thermal and acoustical performance.

Micro-Aire
Johns Manville Micro-Aire® duct board is used to fabricate ducts for commercial and residential construction and delivers excellent acoustical and thermal performance. It is produced using our dedicated manufacturing process that results in increased product consistency for efficient fabrication. Micro-Aire’s flexibility and design saves contractors weight and cost. In addition, installed Micro-Aire has less air leakage compared to metal ducts, which provides building occupants with more consistent temperatures, improved comfort and energy efficiency.

Micro-Aire LP
Johns Manville Micro-Aire® LP duct board is designed for use in manufactured and modular housing duct systems. It provides thermal and acoustical performance and promotes consistent temperatures for less wasted energy. Micro-Aire Type LP is protected against damage from microbial growth and the exterior surface is laminated with a tough fire-resistant FSK facing.

SuperDuct RC
Johns Manville SuperDuct® RC duct board is used to fabricate ducts for commercial and residential construction when superior performance is required for more demanding applications. Its airstream surface features a black glass mat coated with our proprietary Permacote® acrylic coating that is durable, provides improved water repellency, enhanced cleanability and added product protection against microbial growth. SuperDuct RC provides superior acoustical performance, a higher velocity rating and is easy to fabricate for faster installation. SuperDuct RC contributes to a healthier, more comfortable indoor environment and promotes consistent temperatures for less wasted energy.
