For industrial oil mist and smoke elimination, we offer a glass fiber needle mat as a pre-filter media providing high oil-holding capacity, excellent drainage capability, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance.

Our glass slivers and yarns or staple strands in flat and twisted configurations feature excellent filtration efficiency. They allow for accurate winding to specified filter density and offer easy processing ability, high temperature resistance and very good acid-, alkali- and hydrolytic-resistance.

Glass needle mat produced in Europe for mist elimination.

Evalith® G300 GL and G3000 are glass fiber needle mats available as roll goods and as cuttings or punched parts. They can be delivered in the following variations: standard, thermally de-sized, glass scrim reinforced, as well as single-sided or double-sided aluminum foil laminated.

Sliver, roving, yarn and bulk fibers produced in Europe for mist elimination.

Evalith® filtration fibers are loose glass staple fibers of different lengths with excellent chemical resistance especially against water, acid, alkaline solutions and organic solvents. These fibers are designed for filter applications, like mist elimination. 

Evalith® glass staple fiber roving is made of C-glass and meets the requirements of DIN 1259, part 1. The excellent lye and acid resistance of Evalith® glass filaments make the roving high suitable for all areas of application requiring excellent chemical resistance.
