Thermoplastic Composite Sheets
JM's Neomera® thermoplastic composite sheets are produced in a continuous process through the impregnation of reinforcements such as glass and carbon fiber fabrics with low viscosity caprolactam monomer, followed by the in situ anionic polymerization of caprolactam to form the thermoplastic polyamide 6 matrix.

Neomera® thermoplastic composite sheets can be fabricated as is or further processed as a semi-finished sheet. Samples, including cut-to-shape sheets, are available upon request.
JM is creating a platform of nylon thermoplastic composite sheets using our innovative in situ polymerization technology. This includes the OS-6 woven, CR-6 chopped roving and NCF-6 non-crimped fabric series that provide product designers a range materials for design flexibility.

AP Nylon Composite Sheets
CR-6 Series

The Neomera® CR-6 series are nylon 6 thermoplastic composite sheets containing chopped glass/carbon fiber reinforcement. The composite sheets are characterized by excellent formability, tailored flowability, and quasi-isotropy.

NCF-6 Series

The Neomera® NCF-6 series are nylon 6 thermoplastic composite sheets contain non-crimp fabrics as heavy as 2,500 g/m2. The composite sheets characterized by high strength, stiffness, and formability.

OS-6 Series

The Neomera® OS-6 series are nylon 6 thermoplastic organosheets that contain woven fabrics as heavy as 2,500 g/m2. The composite sheets characterized by high strength and stiffness.
