Environment, Health & Safety

At Johns Manville, safety is a major priority. We take regulatory compliance in the areas of environment, occupational health and industrial hygiene, safety, workers' compensation and product stewardship very seriously. To support this effort, we have Environment, Health & Safety managers and specialists located in our plants worldwide. We provide these employees with a wealth of opportunities to expand their knowledge of federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations relating to air, water, solid waste and hazardous waste management.

Focusing on employee health and safety means preventing work-related injuries and illnesses. Each employee is responsible for safety and must actively work to establish and maintain an accident-free work environment. Our Environment, Health & Safety team helps ensure that employees understand our company policies, rules and processes; and that staff remains safe and healthy as a result.
