Assurance™ is a new, nonwoven, mechanical air filtration media that lowers manufacturing costs. The first media to incorporate Self-Supporting Pleat™ (SSP™) technology, Assurance is easier and safer to handle. Made with natural and synthetic fibers, Assurance allows a manufacturer to produce filters with a rigid self-supporting pleat that does not require an expanded-metal structure to support the filter media.

Eliminating metal in the filters saves material costs and production time, and is safer for workers handling the media.

Used to produce MERV 6 to 8 filters, Assurance delivers low pressure drop and consistent mechanical filtration efficiency over the life of the filter. These features enable the production of a more-efficient and higher-value product.
