Mechatronics Technician

A harmonious interaction

Machinery and equipment contain mechanical, electronic, and often computer-controlled components. Mechatronics specialists construct complex systems from electrical and electronic components. They produce the individual components and assemble them into systems and equipment, which they commission and program, and install the appropriate software. The specialists follow circuit diagrams or design drawings, and carefully test the equipment to ensure a smooth production process.


Required Qualifications:

Educated to GCSE (Mittlere Reife), advanced technical college entrance qualification or general qualification for university entrance

Duration and Location of Apprenticeship:    

3.5 years in Bobingen - in cooperation with ABB Service GmbH Augsburg, Vocational School in Augsburg

You will be trained in cooperation with ABB Service GmbH, where you will complete a comprehensive hands-on professional training course, gaining insight into the various technical fields.
