Industrial Electronics Technician

Electrifying and pulsating

Manufacturing, modifying, and maintaining production equipment and building services, along with drive, regulating, and control technology, are all part of your training.

As an Industrial Electronics Technician you will not only install electrical components and systems associated with building automation, cable routing, or technical equipment and their associated automation systems, but will also organize the installation of equipment and monitor the work of contractors.

Industrial Electronics Technicians install and test our production equipment, and program, configure, and test systems and safety devices.

Required Qualifications:

Good secondary education (Hauptschule), educated to GCSE (Mittlere Reife) or higher school leaving qualification.

Interest in the technical aspects of electrical technology.

Duration and Location of Apprenticeship:  

3.5 years in Wertheim – Vocational School in Bad Mergentheim or Tauberbischofsheim.

Why Industrial Electronics Technician:

During basic training you gain an understanding of the necessary tools, machinery, and equipment, and will hone your skills in the electronics and metalworking fields. During your apprenticeship you will become acquainted with the different areas in which an electronics technician works, and will continually improve your ability to carry out operational tasks.
