Automotive Headliners

Johns Manville’s nonwovens work hard all around us, but often they are never seen.  For example, our nonwovens are built into composite structures, such as automotive headliners.

Our specialized products for automotive headliners are made of glass fibers with defined fiber diameter and length.  They are laid down longitudinally at random, then binder bonded and coated. The resulting nonwoven has the distinction of good thermal ductility, as well as good bonding property to PE.  They are used in a foam/nonwoven/decorative-layer composite structure that combines functionality with design.

Trust JM nonwovens for your hidden and visible needs.
